This is an early draft of our Terms of Service for the free public beta. A full version will be published before general availability. By using UnifyStays you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
UnifyStays provides a unified hotel API that lets you connect hotel suppliers using your own credentials. You are responsible for your own supplier contracts, rates, and bookings.
2. Beta
UnifyStays is in free public beta. Features may change, and the service is provided as is during this period. We will give notice before introducing paid plans.
3. Your supplier credentials
You bring your own supplier credentials. You keep your own contracted rates and any markup you set. UnifyStays does not resell inventory and does not take a cut of your bookings.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, abuse suppliers' systems, or exceed fair use limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Liability
The service is provided without warranties during beta. To the extent allowed by law, UnifyStays is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
