Terms of Service

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use UnifyStays for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and that “you” in these terms refers to it.

UnifyStays provides software infrastructure that normalizes hotel-supplier connectivity through one API. Available functions may include supplier connections, search, rates, pre-book, booking, cancellation, mapping and operational logs. Features and supplier availability vary by account, environment and supplier readiness.

UnifyStays is infrastructure, not a hotel reseller, travel agent or party to your supplier contracts or traveler transactions.

The service is currently offered as a free public beta. Beta features may be incomplete, changed, restricted or discontinued. No service-level commitment applies unless we agree to one in writing. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing paid access or materially changing the beta terms; there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan without your agreement.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your organization, users, API keys and credentials. Keep access credentials confidential, use appropriate environment separation, and notify us promptly at security@unifystays.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access outside your organization except as expressly permitted.

You bring your own supplier contracts, credentials and negotiated rates. You are responsible for having permission to use each supplier connection and for complying with the supplier's terms, allowlisting requirements and commercial rules. Your rates, markups and supplier relationships remain yours. UnifyStays does not resell hotel inventory or take a booking commission.

You authorize us to use credentials you submit only as necessary to provide the requested supplier connectivity and related support. Do not submit credentials that you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for your application, traveler communications, price and policy presentation, booking confirmations, cancellations, refunds, taxes, regulatory obligations and customer support. You must verify material booking details returned by suppliers and handle supplier failures or discrepancies appropriately. UnifyStays does not guarantee supplier inventory, prices, availability, response times or fulfillment.

Do not use UnifyStays to violate law or third-party rights; access supplier systems without authorization; introduce malware; probe or bypass security controls; scrape, overload or disrupt the service or supplier systems; misrepresent availability or rates; process data without a lawful basis; or help another person do any of these things. You must respect documented rate limits and reasonable usage controls.

You retain your rights in data you submit. You authorize us to process that data to provide, secure, support and improve the service, comply with law and prevent abuse. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, notices and permissions for personal data submitted through your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. A separate data-processing agreement may apply where agreed in writing.

Supplier APIs, cloud infrastructure, documentation links and other third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for changes, outages, data quality, acts or omissions of third-party providers, although we will use reasonable efforts to operate our own service responsibly.

UnifyStays and its software, documentation, designs and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service during the beta for your internal business purposes and to build authorized integrations. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it. You grant us permission to use feedback without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, supplier abuse, material breach, non-payment after paid plans begin, or harm to the service or others. We may terminate beta access on reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability.

During beta, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from the service. Any different liability allocation in a signed order form or commercial agreement will control for that agreement. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update the service and these terms. We will post the revised terms here, change the last-updated date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, courts with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights or forums that cannot lawfully be waived.
