This is an early draft of our Privacy Policy for the free public beta. A full version will be published before general availability. It explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, company, and work email. Basic usage data, such as API calls and logs, to run and improve the service.
2. How we use it
To run your account, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Your supplier credentials
Supplier credentials you add are encrypted at rest and used only to make requests on your behalf. They are never exposed in API responses or shared with third parties.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run UnifyStays, and only as needed. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will help.
