Hotel content & mapping

The supplier API is the easy part. The hotel data is the rest.

Every supplier comes with a hotel dataset to store, map and keep fresh — and that work grows with every supplier you add. UnifyStays takes all of it off your hands.

Less infrastructure

No supplier hotel datasets to download or store.

Each supplier ships its own list of hotels — often hundreds of thousands of records — that you'd normally import, store and keep in sync. UnifyStays already holds one clean catalogue, so there's nothing to load into your database.

  • No import jobs or sync scripts to write
  • No millions of rows to store and back up
  • No extra infrastructure for each new supplier

Mapping built in

Hotel and room mapping, without the per-supplier bill.

The same hotel arrives from every supplier under a different name and ID — and so do its rooms. UnifyStays matches them for you, so adding a supplier never means another mapping project or mapping fee.

  • One hotel, one listing, across all your suppliers
  • Rooms matched too, so you compare like with like
  • New suppliers mapped before you switch them on

Always maintained

Incomplete, stale supplier data is our problem now.

Supplier hotel data is often missing details or out of date. Our operations team keeps the catalogue maintained — so your engineers aren't the ones fixing addresses, photos and missing details.

  • Hotel details kept complete and current by our team
  • New hotels added as suppliers add them
  • No content backlog for your engineers

FAQ

Hotel content questions.

Do I need to store any hotel data myself?

No. Hotel names, photos, descriptions, facilities, policies and locations come from UnifyStays when you need them. You can cache them if you like, but there's no supplier dataset to import or maintain.

Who keeps hotel content up to date?

We do. Our operations team maintains the hotel catalogue — completing missing details and adding new hotels as suppliers add them — so your engineers don't have to.

What happens when I add a new supplier?

We map the supplier's hotels to the catalogue, so when you switch it on its rates appear on the hotels you already show. No import, no new mapping work.

Are rooms matched across suppliers too?

Yes. The same room from different suppliers is grouped together, so guests see every supplier's rate for that room side by side.

Do I need a separate mapping provider?

No. Hotel and room mapping are built into UnifyStays, so there's no separate mapping product to buy for each supplier you add.
