Do I need my own RateHawk account?
Yes. UnifyStays connects to your RateHawk API account, so you book at the rates in your RateHawk agreement. If you don't have one yet, we can introduce you to RateHawk.
Does UnifyStays add commission to RateHawk rates?
No. Your RateHawk rates pass through unchanged. UnifyStays is infrastructure — we never resell inventory and take no booking commission.
Can I compare RateHawk rates with other suppliers?
Yes. Connect more than one supplier and UnifyStays groups the same room from each one into a room family, so every supplier's rate appears side by side.
Which RateHawk credentials do I need?
Your RateHawk key ID and API key. RateHawk asks for sandbox setup to be completed before production activation.
Are pay-at-hotel rates supported?
Yes. UnifyStays separates the amount paid now from the amount payable at the property, so you can show both clearly.
