What you need before connecting
You need a Tripjack partner account authorized for the hotel API. Use credentials for the intended test or production environment and complete Tripjack’s own onboarding requirements.
- Authorized Tripjack API account
- Correct environment credentials
- UnifyStays organization and API key
- Outbound IP allowlisting when required
- Tripjack UAT and production approval
Tripjack and normalized booking stages
Tripjack documents listing, detail, review and booking stages. UnifyStays maps the provider-specific workflow into its normalized search, rates, prebook, booking, status and cancellation model while retaining source references for troubleshooting.
Environment and network requirements
A valid-looking key can still fail when it is used against the wrong host, has not been activated or comes from an outbound IP Tripjack has not allowlisted. Complete these checks separately before treating the connection as ready.
Production rollout
Tripjack’s official documentation requires UAT self-certification and approval before production use. After approval, use the production hosts and provide the required IPv4 ranges to Tripjack. The UnifyStays portal surfaces environment and outbound network information needed for this workflow.

Frequently asked questions
Does UnifyStays provide a Tripjack account?+
No. Your organization supplies and manages its own authorized Tripjack account and commercial relationship.
Why can a Tripjack API key return invalid credentials?+
Common boundaries include a wrong environment or host, inactive access, an incorrect key or missing IP allowlisting. Verify each with Tripjack before changing application code.
Can I use production before certification?+
Tripjack’s official documentation says production endpoints should be used only after UAT certification and Tripjack approval.
